Randy Stepp has been actively involved in presenting at workshops and Quality Improvement Academies for over three years. Randy is one of the very few high school principals that has successfully implemented the Quality Process throughout his school. He has been traveling throughout Ohio spreading the message that the Quality Process is not just for elementary schools. High schools can successfully implement the process and see positive results in test scores in a very short time.
