Attention Educators!

Student motivation, which leads to higher student achievement, is always the central issue when considering overall building and district improvement.  How can we, as educators, motivate our students to take responsibility for their own learning?  I can say with certainty that our first objective has to be to create an atmosphere among the staff members and students in which we believe that we can do anything we set our minds to doing as long as it is good for kids!
